Our herd is a mixture of Hereford, Angus and Gelbvieh Cattle as well as Holstein steers from local dairy farms.  All of our animals are hand raised. Calves born on our pasture stay with their mamas and adopted calves are bottle fed.  Our herd eats only locally grown hay and all animals live on the pasture year round. 

Why grass fed? It’s healthier, sustainable and promotes the local economy; not to mention it gives us great pleasure to watch the cows munch with glee on the pasture and know they have happy natural lives.
